Custom production and shipping
Custom production:
- The custom production of your order lasts 7 to 25 working days for Esport clothing (Jerseys, Polyester Hoodies) and 7 to 25 working days for Lifestyle clothing (T-shirts, Cotton Hoodies, etc.)
- You will receive different follow-up emails at each stage of the production of your garment.
Shipping and delivery:
- After production, your order is dispatched by us
- You will then receive two emails, one from Packlink informing you of the follow-up and the other from us notifying you of the delivery.
Errors and Returns
If your order contains a manufacturing, construction or design error.
Polyester clothing:
- Contact us (go down the page) and send the photos of your order + the associated order number.
- We will reproduce and ship the garment again in the event that we find that there is sufficient evidence to establish a real failure on our part.
Cotton clothes:
- Contact us in the same way with the photos of the garment. We will issue a return slip and refund the garments if a valid and obvious error is identified.
Orders
To track the status of your order:
- Check your emails. We send an email each time there is a change in status in the preparation of your order
- Log in to your account and go to “Orders” to access the tracking of your order.
To cancel or modify an order:
- If the order is at the custom design stage (usually 24 hours after your order), it will not be exchangeable, refundable or modifiable.
- If the order is in the "in progress" stage, contact us by email, on Twitter or on Discord as soon as possible to cancel your order. Changes are not possible.
