How it works ?

A graphic designer will come to you by email with a first version, which you can ask him to modify up to 3 times if you don't like it. The completion time of the first version of the design is 5 to 10 working days. The design includes the Mock-up and the print file. By purchasing this design, you are not purchasing the physical good but the services of a graphic designer. You will not be able to have the design printed elsewhere than at ONE X Wear. The print file is only sent by screenshot by the graphic designer for the validation of your design. It is impossible for you to recover it in vector format without an agreement from ONE X.
